I signed up with you a few days ago, but when I tried to sign in again today I got a message saying that there was no account with my email address

Sometimes there is confusion between joining the Mud Club newsletter and having a Customer Account on the website.

You are never asked for a password to join the newsletter as there is no password needed :-)

So if you are trying to log in as if you have a customer account on the site - and you do not - then you will get a message saying "no account with your email address"
