I signed up with you a few days ago, but when I tried to sign in again today I got a message saying that there was no account with my email address

Sometimes there is confusion between joining the Mud Club newsletter and having a Customer Account on the website. You are never asked for a password to join the newsletter as there is no password needed :-)

Is the website not working? The website says you don’t deliver to my address, what do I do? The website won’t let me check out, what do I do?
